With a background as a Programmer, I have also worked as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Design Architect, Product Owner/Scrum Master and I have tons of experience jumping in to help in hands-on roles.

On some of the rescue projects I have taken over, we didnt have all the roles filled, or there was a skills gap in some of the people on the project, so I had to jump in and write user stories or develop test plans, flows or databases or UI screens.   

 

I have learned from some of the best, and you can benefit from my experience too. You will find out that I am not afraid to roll up my sleeves and get into the trenches.
