Business Process Improvements

I have extensive experience leading business process improvement initiatives that deliver measurable impact. By working closely with operational teams, I’ve helped organisations streamline their day-to-day activities, increasing efficiency and generating savings worth millions.

Workshops:

I facilitate structured workshops to map the current (“as-is”) processes, identify pain points, and understand how the business works now, and how it will need to function in the future.

Interviews and Shadowing:

I like to sit with staff and watch how they use screens, reports and interfaces. Asking questions (including the stupid questions that sometimes open doors to new ideas!)

Future State ("To Be") Process: 

I will work to help the team come up with design optimised (“to-be”) solutions—laying the foundation for improvements across workflows, user interfaces, databases, and more.  We will need to consider where the organisation is going (future proofing and scaleability), future staffing models, what the competition is doing and how we deliver MVP quickly to start getting the benefits sooner.  Any good BPI, also considers communication & training and looks at how we minimise the impact of change.
